THE SWING LAB is committed to helping you improve. We acknowledge that swing mechanics are only a piece of the game improvement puzzle but it is at the core of THE SWING LAB experience. Only after you have completed our BALL STRIKING 101 training program can you unlock access to our additional services designed to build on your new understanding of the swing.
To ensure we deliver a consistent customer experience we follow a process. Our process prevents students from wasting time and money. Follow a process that works and work with instructors who's process brings structure, clarity and focus to your efforts.

To ensure every student gets started on the right foot students start with our initial evaluation session. The session is 60min. long and will give students an opportunity to meet their instructor and experience our facility all while learning the important details of our simple approach to ball striking.

Following the evaluation session students that want to get an education in ball striking can enroll in our BALL STRIKING 101 program. The program consists of four 60min. sessions. Each session covers one fundamental and will introduce students to important concepts, drills and training aids that will elevate the way they think about and work on their swing.

Getting an education in ball striking may only take weeks but developing into a SHOT MAKER is a lifelong pursuit. After completing our BALL STRIKING 101 program students are encouraged to take advantage of any or all of our additional reinforcement services designed to help students continue to address their fitness, equipment, game and ball striking needs.
